This was me when I used to try a new diet every week and try to get rid of my sugar cravings.

It was tiring, exhausting and I felt like a failure.  

 Most of the time I would start the day with good intentions but by the evening it would be full on binge mode.  

Even though everyday I thought about food, what to eat, what’s good, what’s bad, I was still stuck with the most intense sugar cravings everyday. This meant I was losing and gaining the same pounds over and over.

Finally I decided to ditched everything that kept me stuck, studied Nutrition at uni, got rid of my cravings, lost weight and never gained it back, even after pregnancy.
