Hey there! I'm Anna...

I was trying every new trend under the sun, going round in circles. Gaining, losing, & gaining again. It was a battle I couldn't escape.

I was desperate to find a healthier & sustainable way of eating so that I could not just see results, but also maintain them. 

Finally, I ditched the yo-yo life for good. After realising that most diets keep people from succeeding, I studied Food & Nutrition at University in N. Ireland. I became a Registered Associate Nutritionist & developed The WLA Method which is a special formula focusing on how to structure food, burn fat & maintain my health goals consistently. 

My passion is supporting women so that they feel incredible in their skin while creating a lifestyle that fills them full of energy, confidence & vitality. I've worked with 1000's of amazing women worldwide.
